We accept Infertility Benefits provided by multiple insurances including Commercial Policies out of network with Aetna/US Healthcare, Cigna, Easy Choice, Emblem Health, Empire Plan, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Excellus BCBS, GHI, POMCO, UniCare, United Healthcare, 1199 and others.

Our dedicated staff will assist you with paper work and authorization process and we will work closely with you and your insurance provider. When necessary, we will obtain authorization and/or pre-certifications and we will fill out all necessary forms to meet insurance carrier requirements.
